Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and support agent development path and training programme that improve agents’ retention and productivity.
- Digitalized training programs that improve training effectiveness and enhance agent training experience.
- Involve and assist in department /division project that align to company overall goal.
- Ensure training compliance by agents.
- Ensure quality and effectiveness of the training programme and compliance.
- Handle agencies’ enquiries on training related matters with excellent service mindset.
- Participate in company’s, division’s and department’s events and projects.
