Brokerage & Market Support:
Conduct market research on vessel valuations, global market conditions, and maritime industry trends to support senior brokers and clients in strategic decision-making.
Data Management:
Maintain and update accurate records of vessel specifications, market fixtures, and client data within the company's internal databases.
Documentation Handling:
Prepare, review, and manage daily documentation, contracts, and circulars to support ongoing S&P transactions.
Post-Fixture Coordination:
Proactively assist in post-fixture activities, ensuring timely payments, document accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and smooth vessel delivery.
Stakeholder Communication:
Facilitate clear, professional, and timely communication with shipowners, international brokers, internal teams, and external legal/operational parties.
