Main duties:
Assist in the front office activities for Trade Finance (TF), including,
• Liaising with TF clients, assisting with deal inquiries, determining client requirements, proposing suitable trade finance products to clients and pricing quotes
• Driving the business management activities of Trade Finance including pipeline reporting, management reporting, client pricing quotation files and any ad hoc reports
• Preparing marketing materials for clients e.g pitchbooks, term sheets, pricing, proposals etc
• Coordinating with various internal stakeholders on KYC related activities and necessary approvals (e.g. Bank limit approvals, credit, compliance etc) to be obtained for trade transactions
• Managing transactional execution including preparing offers and acceptance letters to clients such as silent confirmation letters, payment guarantee letters, etc.
