Well its simple really, if you have elderly care experience and are a registered nurse you're half way there.

Of course there is a little more to it than that, but in essence, if you are becoming frustrated by your current Home Manager and think you could do a better job, then this role might be for you.

Perhaps you are a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse, that keeps getting knocked back for Home Management positions because.....well you have no previous Home Management experience!!
