Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be involved in a mixed range of legal costs matters, arising out of various types of substantive litigation. Duties will involve a combination of the following:

• Preparing and drafting Bills of Costs, Costs Budgets and other costs pleadings, such as Points of Dispute and Points of Reply.
• Conducting negotiations in respect of costs claims and drafting associated advice.
