JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently working in partnership with local employers as they seek to add Trainee Cable Hands to their team.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK AWAY FROM HOME (TRANSPORT PROVIDED).

Any relevant site experience will be beneficial but full training will be given.

CANDIDATES MUST:

• Be able to pass a safety critical worker medical – must be physically fit with any pre‑existing medical conditions able to be controlled via GP (verified by GP) to pass the medical. This is a physically demanding role!
• Be able to travel away from home Monday through Thursday night and be brought home during Friday. Some sites require different shift patterns and overtime, including nightshift, must be comfortable with these variable working patterns if required.
