Bus Driver Apprentice – Chesterfield

Salary £14.12 per hour after training, rising to £15.12 per hour after 1 year of service.

Stagecoach offers fully paid training to obtain a PCV licence and a Level2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured training and secure a PCV licence.
• Participate in ongoing CPC training and professional development.
• Drive the fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
• Ensure customers have an excellent journey and deliver top‑notch customer service.
• Maintain a welcoming, respectful and safe environment for all passengers.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
