Job Description
I’m currently working with a main car dealership in the Chippenham area who are currently looking for a Trainee/Junior accounts assistant.
Basic starting at £20,000
Candidate Requirements:
Full UK Driving license Some sort of qualification for accounts/finance The Role:
To monitor all outstanding accounts to ensure payments are made swiftly and in line with customer terms of credit Assist Purchase Ledger with day-to-day administration Scanning invoices as required Posting Cash and Company banking Supporting team with statement reciliation To note all outstanding accounts and investigate with the relevant departmental manager to ensure that there is no reason for non-payment Supporting financial controller and accounts department with ad-hoc duties as required. Package starting at £20,000.
