Job Responsibilities

• Compile and scrutinize petty cash claims with vouchers, review expenses, obtain necessary approvals and release payments within the specified time frame.
• Ensure assigned accounting tasks are carried out in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Send statements of account/invoices with required documentation to customers and follow up for timely payments.
• Send receipts to customers on collection of payments and ensure transactions are properly matched in the system.
