Description

The NOC/Traffic Engineer coordinates between DM Project Team and supervision teams, Contractor NOC representative and local authorities in Dubai. He reviews design deliverables with local authorities and seeks necessary approvals and permits in a timely manner. The jobholder is the key conduit of authorities comments and requests for design changes to relevant project teams to ensure the incorporation of requested changes.

• In depth knowledge of engineering standards and codes
• Sound knowledge of local authorities' regulations, codes and guidelines
• Solid knowledge of engineering design
• Good communication, organization and planning skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
