Lead a growing translation team , optimizing capacity and workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Review/analyze translation requests, prioritizing based on risk, corporate priorities, and resource availability.
- Determine translation channels (AI/internal/external) and negotiate deadlines, managing client expectations.
- Ensure brand consistency by reviewing translations (automated/internal/external) for tone, accuracy, and adherence to style guides.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members , fostering peer learning and autonomy.
- Collaborate with Translation Management, adapting to evolving priorities and industry trends.
- Proofread, edit, and approve final versions of financial/marketing documents (print/web/internal systems).
- Maintain translation tools: memories, terminology databases, and style guides.
