The law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a shareholder-level attorney with significant experience in traditional labor law to join our nationally-recognized Labor & Employment practice. This is a unique opportunity to develop and lead the Firm’s traditional labor capabilities across industries and our geographic footprint. The ideal candidate is a seasoned practitioner with deep management-side labor experience, looking to build and grow a practice within a collaborative and entrepreneurial firm culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise employers on all aspects of traditional labor law, including union avoidance, union organizing, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, labor strategy, and NLRB matters.

Represent clients before the National Labor Relations Board and in labor arbitrations and negotiations.
