The **Trading Team Lead, NGL – North America (Director)** is the trading team lead for North America NGL trading within the Phillips 66 Commercial organization. Building upon existing physical assets, customer relationships, and commercial flows, this role is accountable for setting strategy and leading value generation through physical and financial trading, origination, portfolio optimization, and commercial integration activities. This role reports directly to the Global Trading Lead, NGL.

As a member of the Global NGL Trading leadership team, this position serves as the commercial and organizational leader for the North America NGL trading desk. The role is responsible for setting direction for North America NGL trading activity.
