Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
L2 Technical Support Engineer – Trading Platforms
with a strong background in trading system operations and real-time market applications. The role involves supporting, monitoring, and maintaining mission-critical trading platforms while ensuring high availability, performance, and rapid issue resolution across production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all trading applications are functioning as expected during
BOD (Beginning of Day) and EOD (End of Day)
activities.
Provide
L2 support
for issues related to:
Trading applications
Market connectivity
Order management systems
Real-time market data feeds
Independently perform
patch upgrades
and application updates for trading platforms.
