**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Change and service filters, oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services.
+ Cooling tower and condenser maintenance – coils, evaporators and tubes
+ Clean and perform routine maintenance as required
+ Perform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans.
+ General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment.
