The Opportunity
We are looking for a recent post-graduate to start a careers as a Trader's Assistant in our Hamilton office to provide support for contract execution, inventory management, export documentation and compliance with one of our Commodities Traders.
Key Responsibilities
* Documentation – Process contracts, orders, ticketing and invoicing in the trading system to maintain accurate records
* Export Compliance – Prepare and mange export and compliance documentation
* Financial Administration – Support accounts payable and receivable administration, following up on overdue accounts
* Relationship Management & Logistics – Manage relationships with key suppliers, coordinating with providers, operations and traders to ensure timely execution of transactions
* Commodities – Gather and share market intelligence, developing knowledge of commodity markets
