Oversee trademark publications, registration certificates, and renewal processes, maintaining accurate records. Monitor trademark files and databases (e.g., GIPM, iManage, Symphony) to track deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups. Manage the procedures for opening and closing trademark files in line with established internal protocols. Adapt to and utilize new systems, including document management, intellectual property management, and AI tools. Perform additional duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the team.
