The role: We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Trade Sales Support professional to join our Christchurch team. In this exciting new role, you’ll provide essential support to our Sales Reps while managing key customer accounts, helping to drive sales performance, and ensuring outstanding service delivery.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales support environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and has a keen eye for detail.You will be responsible for: 

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial customer accounts 

Partner with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and win new business 

Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and email 

Prepare, review, and follow up on quotes and pricing 

Maintain contract pricing, price books, and margin accuracy
