Overview Map and prospect the market to identify new institutional B2B customers not currently transacting with Falcon Pack across target sectors such as HORECA, catering, hospitality, facilities management, food service and bulk packaging buyers.
Responsibilities - Generate and build a qualified pipeline of new‑business leads through field outdoor prospecting, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Qualify each lead, capturing the customer profile, requirement and opportunity value, and hand‑qualify leads to the Institutional Sales team.
- Coordinate and follow up with the Institutional Sales team on every lead, following up consistently until the lead converts into a confirmed sale.
- Track and monitor the incremental sales generated by each newly onboarded customer after conversion, and report the value delivered.
- Maintain a clean up‑to‑date record of all leads, their status and conversion outcomes in CRM tracker.
