Role: Trade-Marketing Executive (Malaysia)
Drive in-store excellence and trade activation to maximize sell-out, visibility, and brand performance across retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and activations (Watsons, BCG, Guardian etc)
- Ensure high-quality implementation of POSM (shelf talkers, displays, gondola ends)
- Adapt global brand strategy to local retail requirements
Trade Events
- Plan and execute events with key retail partners (Expo, Concourse, Atrium)
- Work closely with Sales Director to drive sell-out performance
- When meeting with key retailer partner to prepare brand presentation for Sales Director
- Analyse sell-in vs sell-out data, identify gaps and opportunities
- Support listing, assortment optimization, and NPDs performance tracking
