Our client is a reputable O&G commodities trading company with operations across multiple markets. They are currently looking to hire a Trade Finance & Operations Executive. This role will be responsible for end-to-end commercial operations including invoicing, accounts receivable management, credit administration, customer onboarding, trade documentation, month-end closing, and coordination with trading, operations, and finance teams. Responsibilities Maintain and update daily market information including MOPS pricing reports.
Coordinate with Trading, Operations and Finance teams.
Prepare and issue invoices for delivered cargoes, ex-wharf sales, bunkering transactions and mooring services.
Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up overdue payments.
Manage customer credit limits and maintain credit-related records.
Conduct KYC and onboarding procedures for new customers.
