About the role

As a Trade Counter Assistant, you will perform a wide variety of day‑to‑day tasks, including delivering products to our essential service customers, picking and packing orders, and providing exceptional service at the trade counter. Your day will vary, ensuring that no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

• Handling over‑the‑counter retail trade sales and providing customer quotes.
• Undertaking pick‑packing, warehousing, and stock‑control activities.
• Supporting stock replenishment and participating in cycle count stocktakes.
• Maintaining sales records and ensuring accurate order fulfilment.
• Delivering excellent customer service and assisting trade customers.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Proficient computer and system skills.
• Strong teamwork and exceptional safety awareness.
