Description
We are looking for a highly organized and solutions-driven Trade Compliance Manager to build and lead our import compliance function. This role will play a key part in ensuring adherence to U.S. customs requirements, trade regulations, and internal controls while supporting operational efficiency. The right candidate brings hands-on compliance experience and enjoys creating structure, processes, and programs from the ground up.


What You’ll Do

Build & Lead the Compliance Program

+ Develop and roll out a company-wide import compliance framework aligned with business operations

+ Create, update, and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls related to trade compliance

Ensure Regulatory Accuracy

+ Oversee proper tariff classification, valuation, and country-of-origin determinations

+ Stay current on regulatory changes and advise internal teams on potential business impact
