Responsibilities

• Monitor customs regulations and free trade agreements, analyze the requirements, assess related risks and business impacts, and follow escalation processes.
• Prepare and deliver trainings for large groups on customs operations excellence and the use of free trade agreements.
• Collaborate with project managers to deploy large‑scale projects in customs operations excellence and free trade agreement management.
• Draft or assist in drafting top‑management level memos and other publications such as guidance documents, directives, tools, and enterprise social‑media posts related to trade compliance.
• Acquire, develop, maintain, and deliver trade compliance expertise to support our international group stakeholders.
