Team Lead: Trade Deductions Background & Purpose of the Job The focus of this position is to gather data to provide analytical insight and process improvements relating to deductions management. Focus is on accurate and timely resolution of all deductions and repayments taken within 90 days, claims weighted average of 35 days while maintaining balance targets. The position is responsible for proactively analyzing and reviewing the current deductions process and policies, identifying opportunities, problem areas and potential solutions by leaning on automation. This role will need to work cross functionally with CD, finance, audit, and collect team to identify/implement efficiencies. They will be the key lead and touch point between our third parties and Unilever to escalate deductions issues, conduct root cause analysis and provide holistic conclusions to implement solutions.
