Position Overview

Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage trade documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, etc.) Handle communication with overseas clients and suppliers via email and phone Process orders and coordinate shipment schedules Provide general administrative support to the office Requirements Prior experience in trade administration or a related field preferred (entry-level applicants welcome / experience required - please specify) Proficient in English Korean language ability is a plus Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Must be eligible to work in Singapore (Singaporeans / PR / EP holders - please specify) What We Offer Salary: SGD $3,000 - $4,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday Location: Near Suntec City (in-office role)
