**Summary:**
The Core Ads Growth (CAG) organization within Monetization drives revenue growth for Meta by building ads products for every business model and across multiple verticals. The Director for the CAG Technical Program Manager team is responsible for leading and growing the TPM organization that drives the development of the core platforms, systems, and applications to support our advertisers and help grow Meta revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of advertising systems and advertisers. The right candidate will be a proven TPM leader, with a strong technical background, who has great communication skills both written and verbal, strong cross-organization collaborator, and a strong program management background.
