Tower Engineer Job Description

As the Tower Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and infrastructure to ensure the smooth functioning of all network equipment.

Duties:

1. Ensure equipment maintenance by conducting inspections and repairs on telecommunication equipment installed on towers.
2. Set up and configure network equipment and antennas to ensure optimal network performance.
3. Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain network reliability.
4. Ensure that all work adheres to safety regulations.
5. Collaborate with other engineering and technical teams to optimise network performance, resolve complex issues, and implement upgrades or expansions.
