THE ROLE


As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by delivering engaging, informative tours of Highmark Stadium. To meet the high expectations associated with Legends Global and the Buffalo Bills, it is imperative that service and professionalism of the highest standards are administered daily by each employee associated with the tour department. This role leads daily and private tours, provides accurate facts and storytelling, ensures visitor safety, and upholds the service standards expected at Highmark Stadium .


Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience.
