Position Overview
We are looking for a Total Rewards Team Lead / Head to build and scale a high-impact Total Rewards function in a fast-growing, multi-country environment. This role is hands-on from day one and will evolve into a leadership position depending on your experience and impact.
What You'll Do
- Build and own the Total Rewards function end-to-end from a zero baseline
- Design and implement compensation frameworks (salary bands, benchmarking, review cycles)
- Develop and maintain equity and long-term incentive programs (including ESOP frameworks)
- Create benefits strategy tailored to different countries and employment types
- Establish clear and scalable policies for contractors, employees, and hybrid setups
- Lead compensation and promotion cycles, including calibration and governance
- Partner with Finance and leadership on budgeting, cost control, and workforce planning
