Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist with strong expertise in Singapore payroll to manage compensation, benefits, and payroll operations.
Must Have - 3 years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
- Strong hands‑on experience in Singapore payroll (mandatory)
- Deep knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, SDL, AIS, IR8A, IR21)
- Experience in end‑to‑end payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have - Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar)
- Exposure to compensation benchmarking tools and salary surveys
