Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Total Rewards Specialist. This position will be based in either Singapore, Japan, or Indonesia.

You will be part of the Total Rewards team with primary responsibility for supporting mainly Vietnam and Thailand, and may rotate to support other countries within the Asia Pacific geography. The team includes planning, designing, developing, analysing, communicating, and implementing TR strategies and programs consistent with business and HR strategies.

Using both internal and external data, we benchmark and model changes to various reward elements such as base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, health and welfare, and retirement programs.
