Role Overview: In this role, you will support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of Global Compensation & Benefits and HR Analytics processes. You will work closely with both local HRs and the Global Total Rewards team, ensuring high data quality, compliance, and reliable analyses that enable informed business decisions.
This position requires strong analytical capabilities, high discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive compensation information with professionalism and accuracy.
