Purpose

The Total Rewards Senior Analyst, MedTech serves as a strategic partner and internal consultant, supporting the design, analysis, and delivery of global Total Rewards programs aligned to business objectives. This role combines strong analytical capability with practical execution to develop data‑driven compensation solutions that enhance the organization’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate talent. Operating in a complex, matrixed environment, the Senior Analyst partners closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, taking a consultative and relationship‑driven approach to connect market insights with business needs.
