We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards & Payroll Manager to lead global payroll operations while driving the development of competitive compensation and benefits strategies on a global scale. This role is pivotal in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency, while supporting business priorities through strong governance and operational excellence.

You will oversee end-to-end global payroll delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with local statutory and tax requirements.
