We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards & Payroll Manager to lead global payroll operations while driving the development of competitive compensation and benefits strategies on a global scale. This role is pivotal in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency, while supporting business priorities through strong governance and operational excellence.
You will oversee end-to-end global payroll delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with local statutory and tax requirements. Partnering closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders, you will manage payroll queries and escalations, lead audits, and continuously enhance processes through automation and efficiency improvements.
