Position Overview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process ensuring timely payments to employees
- Responsible in the computation and release of final pay checks and documents
- Review and recommend payroll system changes and system upgrades to streamline the payroll process
- Ensure timely enrollment and posting of new employees and corresponding Employee and Employerβs contributions to avoid penalties
- Assist employees with government loan applications, claims and reimbursements as part of employee services
- Conduct regular review and update of any changes in the law and/or guidelines that can impact employee compensation and benefits
