As the Total Rewards Business Partner for Singapore, you will be accountable for the end‑to‑end governance, administration, and delivery of compensation, benefits, equity, and performance management programmes. This role serves as the local subject‑matter expert for all compensation, benefits, and performance management matters in our organization. You will spearhead both strategic and hands‑on execution of Total Rewards programmes from managing competitive pay structures and benefits offerings (including wellness and recognition programmes) to leading the performance management cycle and supporting workforce planning and budgeting. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to ensure our reward practices are market‑competitive, compliant with regulations, and aligned with global frameworks and business goals. It is a senior individual‑contributor position with significant influence and cross‑functional collaboration.
