- Interface between Automotive Purchasing and BA AM Purchasing.
- Support to align, define and implement the global Purchasing strategy with the BU specific material strategy including knowledge transfer.
- Support for Purchasing Redesign to cost measures as well as other cost reduction programs.
- Responsible to drive alignment between Automotive Purchasing and BA Management on material budget including opportunities and risks
- Responsible for Big data analytics, Purchasing KPI, Close the Gap and Material Strategy on a BU level.
- Support to ensure data quality by defining and implementing a structured analysis of AM material data
- Support transparent data analytics to ensure efficient evaluation of target deviations and definition of countermeasures
- Support and update a monthly forecast report for annual price reductions vs. budget, including risks and opportunities'
- Support for all financial and nonfinancial PUR KPIs for AM
