As part of our Human Resources team, you will work hands-on with compensation and benefits processes across the organization. This role focuses on the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Total Compensation programs, with a strong emphasis on data, reporting, and coordination.

You will support compensation and benefits activities across the Scandinavian region, working closely with HR colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners in an advisory role.
