Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and build a welcoming community space for hobbyists of all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management
• Manage and train staff; create schedules and maintain team performance
• Organize and run in-store events (tournaments, leagues, trade nights)
• Maintain strong product knowledge across trading card games and collectibles
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and store appearance
• Track sales performance and implement growth strategies
