Responsibilities

• Heading out on site to carry out topographical surveys (total stations & GNSS)
• Turning raw site data into clear, accurate, build‑ready outputs
• Producing drawings and models that people actually rely on
• Working alongside engineers, PMs, and clients who know their stuff
• Keeping standards high — because details matter
• Sharing your knowledge and helping others level up

Qualifications

• Solid experience in topographical surveying
• Confidence with GPS/GNSS and total station kit
• A sharp eye for detail (you notice what others don't)
• Experience with CAD and survey software
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS card (or happy to get one)
