Position Overview
Our public sector client requires a Top Secret cleared Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation phase of a classified IM/IT Capital Project. The Project Manager will support the delivery of mission-critical IT systems involving networks, software, and business transformation. The project environment includes classified work up to Top Secret and requires the resource to be on-site.
Responsibilities:
Lead full project lifecycle activities from initiation through implementation and transition to operations, ensuring delivery within approved time, cost, and scope.Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, procurement, quality, and communications using formal project management tools.Create and manage project documentation including plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), risk registers, stakeholder plans, and status reports.Coordinate cross-functional teams including DND civilians, CAF personnel, and co...
