Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and prioritise the projects and workload of the department, to ensure projects are fabricated accurately according to time schedules
Diagnose machine and tooling equipment malfunctions, and expedite and coordinate repairs or replacement to avoid excessive downtime
Coach and support the development of the team, and provide guidance in solving toolmaking issues
Coordinate inspection and quality control activities to meet Health and Safety requirements, and to ensure the toolroom remains operational and efficient to meet project requirements
