Position Overview
Direct Tool and Die projects as a Tooling Lead. Oversee department activities, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality across all tool manufacturing operations.
In this pivotal role, you'll manage the Tool and Die department's direction while providing technical support to ensure operational excellence. You'll be responsible for annual budget preparation, tracking expenditures, and implementing essential tooling improvements. Employee development and efficient resource allocation will also be key focuses in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Tool and Die department’s functions

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in engineering or related field
