**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Tool & Die Maker to support manufacturing operations by providing tooling and fixtures for production and new product introduction (NPI).

**This role is open to candidates with limited direct Tool & Die experience who demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn—we will train the right individual** .

The ideal candidate will bring some experience working with tight tolerances, high-precision components, or machining in a quality-driven or regulated environment, along with a desire to grow technical skills in tool making and manufacturing support.
