**The Role:**

The **Tool & Die Group Leader – Marion Metal Center** is responsible for leading a team of skilled tool and die makers and related support personnel to safely achieve production, quality, and cost objectives in the stamping operation. This role provides day-to-day leadership, drives problem solving, and ensures that tools, dies, and associated equipment are maintained to support stable operations and continuous improvement in the Marion Metal Center Tool & Die area.
