Position Overview
Mission : Assist the store manager in the commercial development of the store, respect for brand image and customer experience within the store. Main activities: Develop the store sales turnover: Implement TOD'S sales policy within the store Setting of sales objectives and periodic analysis of the results achieved Implementation of the selling ceremony in accordance with the Brand guidelines Highlighting of the store's products in accordance with the brand's visual policy and in collaboration with the visual merchandising department Set up CRM actions in order to develop the customer database Coordinate Trade marketing events Analyze sales reports and customer feedback Propose action plans in order to exceed the set objectives and increase sales turnover Check invoicing and compliance with in the collection procedures Ensure good stock management: control of restocking, participation in the organization of inventories and control of discrepancies, sell-through analysis Team management ...
