As we continue our growth journey in Australia and the APAC region, we are looking to speak with high‑quality lawyers in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) space to join our Melbourne office. This is a broad and flexible role offering exposure to a wide range of technology‑driven commercial work, spanning advisory, transactional and strategic matters for sophisticated clients across both regulated and non‑regulated sectors.

The role will involve advising on a variety of commercial technology and IP‑led matters, including complex services agreements, outsourcing and managed services arrangements, cloud and platform agreements, and AI‑related deals. You will also work on IP ownership, licensing and commercialisation matters, supporting clients to commercialise technology, data and other intangible assets, including in collaborative, joint venture and innovation‑driven environments.
