**Description:** The TLS Head of Strategy is responsible for partnering with TLS senior leadership with developing and executing the LoB and market segment strategic vision in alignment with RMS and LM strategic objectives. Responsibilities will include strategic planning, allocation, and management of LoB business growth resources (IRAD, B&P, etc.), creating and executing a proactive portfolio shaping and resource management process process, collaboration across RMS and Lockheed Martin, and overall thought leadership on TLS strategic initiatives.
