Oversee the complete contract lifecycle operations across case management, shared mailboxes, SAP & Salesforce workflowsEnsure timely handling of tickets, emails, follow ups, escalations, and closure of cases in alignment with SLAsLead day to day team operations including workload allocation, queue monitoring, backlog management, and first time right quality reviewCollaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other cross functional teams to resolve queries, exceptions, and documentation gapsDrive excellence initiatives by standa...
